IT Outsourcing
Development teams, service desk, infrastructure and application support in Egypt — employed, supervised and replaced by London Trade.

London Trade is an Egyptian outsourcing company. It has operated since 2015, employs and manages more than 3,000 people on behalf of client companies, and works from a head office in Dokki, Giza, and seven regional offices across Egypt.
The difference between a recruitment agency and an outsourcing company is who carries the result. An agency introduces you to candidates and leaves. An outsourcing company employs the people, manages them, and answers the phone when the work is not getting done. London Trade is the second kind.
That shows up in the structure of the company. More than 3,000 people are on our payroll working on client accounts — their contracts, their wages, their statutory obligations and their daily supervision all sit with us. When a client agrees a standard, the person delivering it is our employee and our responsibility.
London Trade began in 2015 running labour-intensive operations for telecommunications companies in Egypt: managing retail stores, running distributed field teams, and handling government dealings on clients’ behalf. Today, as a franchise partner of Vodafone Egypt, the company runs more than 40 Vodafone stores across the country.
That kind of work teaches a company the hardest part of outsourcing: how to hire at volume, supervise people you do not see every day, hold a standard across dozens of locations, and replace someone who leaves without the work stopping. It is the same capability we now apply to IT, HR and professional services.
Most outsourcing companies send the legal and regulatory side of the work out to a law firm. London Trade keeps it in-house. Its legal and government affairs team of more than 20 lawyers and 10 government relations representatives handles company formation and restructuring, commercial contracts, licences and permits, the legalisation of documents with ministries, embassies and notaries, and representation before government bodies, courts and arbitration.
The team works from eight offices: the head office in Dokki, Giza, and regional offices in Mansoura, Tanta, Fayoum, Minya, Assiut, Sohag and Qena. For a client, that means a licence, a permit or a dispute in Upper Egypt is handled by people who are already there, not by a team travelling from Cairo.
Clients define the outcome — the roles, the standards, the targets and the coverage. We define how it gets delivered, and we carry it. Operational reporting goes into the client’s management line at an agreed frequency, so handing over the work does not mean losing sight of it.
We work in both Arabic and English across every operation. That is practical rather than cosmetic: field operations and government dealings happen in Arabic, while head office relationships and overseas clients are managed in English.
To take labour-heavy, regulated work off our clients’ hands in Egypt — IT, HR, operations, and legal and government affairs — and run it to their standard, so they can operate here with confidence and stay compliant while they grow.
To be the partner Egyptian and international companies choose first when they need work done in Egypt: known for dependable execution at scale, sound legal and regulatory judgement, and teams that are well led and well looked after.
